educate people on the

balance between cardiovascular exercise, strength building, flexibility, nutrition, and stress relieving practices which will improve your posture, balance and coordination and allow you to more actively enjoy your favorite pastimes and live a long and vibrant life.
Fitness and More
Holly Wright does much more then Pilates and personal training. I also do stretching, reflexology, Reiki, and tuning forks.
